Napoli followed with a homer to left for a 2-1 lead. Two outs later and with Brandon Gomes pitching, Gentry singled to center and swiped second. Kinsler walked, and a double steal put runners on second and third. Andrus walked to load the bases. J.P. Howell relieved Gomes, and Hamilton singled to right to score Gentry and Kinsler for a 4-1 lead. With Juan Cruz pitching to Young, Hamilton broke for second. Rays catcher Jaso faked a throw to second and caught Andrus too far off third. Andrus was tagged out in a rundown.Bottom: Darren Oliver started the inning for Lewis. With one out, Damon reached on an infield single. Zobrist singled to center, then Kotchman singled to left to load the bases. Alexi Ogando replaced Oliver. Pinch-hitter Sean Rodriguez grounded out to first, scoring Damon. Pinch-hitter Sam Fuld made the third out on a grounder to second.Top: Young struck out and Beltre flied out to center.
