If you know me, you know I’ll work out of a closet if I have to.So like everyone else walking into the press room set up at the Orange County Convention Center for tonight’s Presidency 5 GOP debate and related activities, I was taken aback.Sponsored by Google, the carpeted, draped room is filled with cushy lounge areas, a juice bar, a candy table and a catered spread that goes way beyond the usual boxed turkey sandwich and chips lunch.Google has colored the room with mood lights, tables, beanbag chairs, throw pillows and other accompanyments to throw in the Internet search engine giant’s color scheme. Tonight’s debate, starting at 9 p.m., will feature nine GOP candidates: Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Michele Bachmann, Jon Huntsman, Rick Santorum, Herman Cain and Gary Johnson. It is sponsored by the Republican Party of Florida and Fox News.
