Phil Mickelson Comes From Behind Shooting 64 today To Win At Pebble

Published on February 12, 2012 by lg   ·   No Comments Phil Mickelson beat Tiger Woods and the rest of the field today shooting a 64 to win at Pebble Beach and pick up his 40th career PGA  Tour win. Mickelson joins only 8 other professional Golfers with 40 or more tour wins. Tiger Woods only trailed by four strokes coming into today’s final round at a place Woods has dominated over the years. While Woods couldn’t get his putter going, Mickelson had everything going today to beat Woods as they were paired together in the final round.While Phil Mickelson moved up three spots to take the lead and the win with his 64 today to have him come in at 17 under par for the tournament,  Tiger Woods fell back twelve spots with his final round 75 to finish in a tie for 15th place. Mickelson and Woods have been paired together many times over the years and never has Phil put it in high gear and pulled away from Woods like this before.
