Brad Paisley, Vince Gill and Keith Urban will perform in honor of Glen Campbell at the CMA Awards next week. Campbell is on his farewell tour after revealing earlier this year that he has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.The 45th annual awards will air at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, on ABC (locally on WFTV-Channel 9).Campbell, Urban and Gill have all been named CMA Entertainer of the Year.Paisley is the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year. He is hosting the awards show with former “American Idol” champ Carrie Underwood. They will perform their No. 1 hit “Remind Me.”This year’s awards will feature performances by Jason Aldean, the Band Perry, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, “American Idol” winner Scotty McCreery, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, Thompson Square, Chris Young and Zac Brown Band.Several collaborations are scheduled, too. Kenny Chesney and Grace Potter will sing “You and Tequila.” Rascal Flatts and Natasha Bedingfieldwill perform “Easy.” Lionel Richie will sing a medley of his hits with Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts and Darius Rucker.
