If you’ve never heard of Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers, fear not. The majority of the unknown band’s “van sessions” — in which they play cover songs while driving a nondescript white Ford van — have well under 50,000 views on YouTube. But the video below, now just five days old, is about to crest the 250,000 mark. It doesn’t hurt that the song’s creators (Hall & Oates) have plugged the clip on their social channels, nor that Ms. Bluhm has a slight resemblance to “Parks and Rec” hipster-babe Aubrey Plaza. But really, just wait for the kazoo solo. Follow our news and updates on Twitter, our whereabouts on Foursquare and our relationship status on Facebook.
