Goddess Ostara~ Fertility GoddessI’m thrilled that Clarity Jane will facilitate circle dancing here in Prince Edward County this Spring and Summer and Fall.So now that Beltane (a traditional solar celebration in many lands because we are half way between vernal equinox and summer solstice) is almost upon us we thought we would invite you to dance to traditional music from many traditions, on my lawn. (there are 2 large walnut trees in my back yard, so even in summer it will be appropriate.)Because this event is weather dependent we have 2 dates which we trust will accommodate our dance afternoon at this awakening the earth time.Sunday, April 29th Circle Dance Beltane (for men or women and well behaved children ages 8 and up) from 2 – 4pm(Rain Date: Sunday, May 6th at 2 pm.)The Alternate Ark- A Centre for Healing, Research & Enlightenment402 Picton Main Street(across from the hospital)Bring some nibbles for break time.Wear something suitable for the weather, Goddess only knows what it’s going to be like this year as we are in the throws of the 2012 earth changes. I always love to wear long skirts for dancing, but wear whatever makes you feel wonderful. This is our day to  be goddesses, and gods. Guys how about bell bottoms and flared flax shirts. Ooh la la!Bring ~ your good spirits, a nosh to share at break and a few good friends…and may Goddess bless us one and all!For new friends not accquainted with circle dance: here’s a brief explanation….first of all we always dance in a circle, either holding hands or not; the steps are easy; circle dance creates ‘community’, it is centering and grounding, not to fail to mention the music which stirs the soul.*METAPHYSICAL TIP~ I learned when I lived in the Mts. of BC near Jasper that the early morning and evening birdsong is 7th dimensional toning…so I often rose at 5 am this time of year to walk barefoot on the dewy grass( heals the lower legs and lower organs like the kidneys too) to the birdsong tones~what a thrill and so healing and uplifting…
